I would like to someday serve as a primary care physician in a rural area. The new Johnson Hall of Science drew me most to St. Lawrence. The facilities are as incredible as they appear to be and because of this, I have been able to use technologies and techniques that are not as available to students at other universities. The small class sizes have also provided the opportunity for me to develop relationships with my professors to the point where I feel comfortable seeking them not only for help on homework, but also for help in life in general.

The location of St. Lawrence on the outskirts of the Adirondacks has also allowed me to hike, canoe, ski, or just spend time in the woods whenever I want to. I love that I can just walk down the road after a long day in lab and go for a run in the woods or take out a canoe.
