St. Lawrence Magazine

Winter 2015

Last fall, St. Lawrence opened its first new residence hall in many years, and we’ve taken the opportunity to explore residential life at the University in all its aspects, particularly how it’s part of our overall learning enterprise. How are our residences not just places to live, but fundamental to our culture? What do you learn where you live? This may involve tea and drums, or a board game, or a new recipe. Flip ahead and find out! You’ll also learn who’s made those famous Pub Cookies for nearly 40 years, why throwing spears across the Quad is educational, and lots more.
