St. Lawrence University students Skype teach to Rwanda.

Seven St. Lawrence University students will travel to Rwanda in late spring to continue teaching English as a second language to the women they've been teaching this semester using Skype.

The new spire is scheduled to be installed atop Gunnison Memorial Chapel beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 1.

St. Lawrence University continues to earn high marks among its peers for the more than 75 percent of students who study abroad at some point during their college experience.

Commencement will take place at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 17.

St. Lawrence University’s Commencement will take place at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, on Creasy Commencement Common and will include remarks from honorary degree recipients.
