My First Year Program was The Psychology and Expression of Creativity, taught by Dr. MacGregor. It was this class which sparked my interest in psychology, and was the reason I decided to become a psychology major. Since then I have realized that my passion lies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My senior year I was the TA for the I/O Psychology class, and worked with Dr. Greene on a SYE research project with Dr. Greene studying "The Effects of Personality and Organizational Structure on Person- Organization Fit".
