Student Organization Storage Policy
The Student Organization Storage Policy has been updated to better serve groups who need storage space for their events and to ensure better communication about responsibility surrounding the use of the space. The storage available to student organizations and clubs in Student Center Room #114 is a short term storage option for groups to store items. The storage room is not secure so please note that organizations/clubs are storing items at their own risk.
The storage room key may be checked out from the Student Center Information Desk. At that time, the individual storing items will be asked to provide information on what items are being stored, including the number of boxes, and for what length the items will be stored in the space. The storage room is cleaned out over the summer, so if groups are interested in summer storage they must complete a Summer Storage form with the Office of Student Activities and Leadership.
