WORLD TRAVELER DOUG LANSKY
"GET LOST" Lecture
Gulick Theatre
7pm
Monday, October 13th
Sponsored by ACE & Student Activities
The show is FREE, but seating is limited!

Doug Lansky prefers to keep track of his misadventures rather than passport
stamps (though he has gone through a few passports traveling in over 120 countries).
This National Geographic Adventure contributor,
Travel Channel host, Rough Guide and Lonely Planet author
has biked, trekked, bused, rickshawed, cargoshipped and cameled his way around
the globe for 10 years, stopping along the way
to bartend at Sweden’s Ice Hotel,
take tango lessons in Argentina,
wrestle alligators in Florida,
play sand golf in Dubai,
Sumo wrestle and Japan,
go canyoning in South Africa,
sand surf in Namibia,
canoe alongside hippos on the Zambezi River,
and learn how to whip up a mean coconut curry in Thailand.

Doug takes the audience on a multimedia journey around the world.
It’s inspirational, packed with need-to-know info, and is
delivered like stand-up comedy.
Plus there’s a $1000 Eurail
Pass Giveaway at every show!
