As a self-proclaimed 6’2 on a good day, Matt Barlow Boscow is tall with long, flowing brown locks and a burly brown beard. Matt, who is a sophomore, major undeclared, hails from just north of the windy city of Chicago. He is a man of few words, but when he does talk, you want to listen because he is hilarious and profound. Matt is on the crew team at St. Lawrence and is often found at Arcadia rowing the guide boat.  Matt loves taking things literally and encounters with strange noises and animals at night.  A patriot at heart, Matt can be found singing the national anthem at the top of his lungs to fend off rogue bears and when he makes cakes he mixes the ingredients by hand, as suggested by The Joy of Cooking, with his hands. Matt is enjoying his time at Arcadia very much and is looking forward to sleeping out next to the fire more often as the weather gets colder.
