I love John Grisham novels! I have read nearly every one of his books that I didn’t see the movie of first. My favorites are The King of Torts, The Street Lawyer, and The Chamber. I also enjoyed Nineteen Minutes, by Jodi Picoult, Something Blue, by Emily Giffin, The Five People You Meet in Heaven, by Mitch Albom, and The DaVinci Code, by Dan Brown.

What I like about St. Lawrence
It would be nice if I could just say, “everything!” I do love everything about St. Lawrence, but if I had to narrow it down to a few things, I would have to say the professors, the students, and the endless opportunities. The professors here care about you and your successes, they absolutely love teaching (and you can tell), they challenge and motivate you to do your best, and they are there for you if you struggle. The friends I made here will be lifelong; friends that are so different from me, yet so similar; those that I rowed with, lived with, had heated debates with in Dana dining hall, and those that stood by me at my wedding. Finally, there is so much to do here, it is impossible not to get involved. Every student truly does create his or her own experience. |
