Marc Koolen '74

The Most Valuable Performer in both soccer and track and captain of both sports as a senior, Marc Koolen was an all conference and All New York State back in soccer and set a number of records in track.

Class president and Senior Athlete of the Year, he led the soccer team to three outstanding seasons which included a 1969 NCAA Atlantic Regional appearance and a three-year record of 30-3-2 in regular season play. He was an honorable mention All America in soccer in 1970.

In track he established the St. Lawrence records in the high jump, long jump, 440 and mile relay and was a conference champion and the leading scorer in the 1972 ICAC Championships.
