Elsie Distler Bennett '20

Elsie Distler Bennett was the first president of the Women’s Athletic Club at St. Lawrence and played four years of basketball, two year of field hockey and three years of softball as an undergraduate.

In addition to a number of other campus athletic activities, she was the campus free throw contest. She was a guard on the women’s basketball team an in addition to being treasurer of the Women’s Athletic Club was one of its prime leaders.
