Robert Gordon '34

A three sport athlete at St. Lawrence, Robert Gordon participated in football and wrestling in addition to baseball.

One of St. Lawrence’s first Winter Carnival chairmen and a student director of intramurals, he was an outstanding catcher in baseball and went on to play professional baseball in New York and Cleveland organizations.

As a student director of intramurals he instituted and oversaw a 10 sport program which included all-campus competition.
