Head coach Mark Raymond and his staff expect continued success as St. Lawrence builds its program in the seasons to come. The Saints completed a remarkable run throughout the 2010 season, winning the University's first Liberty League title with a 5-1 record in conference.  St. Lawrence earned the right to play in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1982.

The Saints play on one of the finest small-college football facilities in the Northeast in Weeks Field at Leckonby Stadium. The team also makes full use of a state-of-the-art fitness and weight training facility in the Newell Field House and utilize the Stratford Locker Room, which was thoroughly renovated and modernized in 2010.

Following the 2010 season, 13 players earned All-Liberty League honors including First Team honorees Trevor Saunders, Victor Coker Jr. and Nate Howard.  The Saints also had 14 All-Academic Liberty League players.

St. Lawrence competes in the Liberty League, whose champion earns and automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament. St. Lawrence joins Hobart, Rochester, Union and Rensselaer as charter members of the league. The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) joined as football-only members for official league competition in 2004. Springfield College is set to join the Liberty League as a football-only member beginning in 2011.
