Feb. 5:  Sophomore Brady Condlin and senior Kyle Miller combined for 43 points to lead the St. Lawrence University men's basketball team past Skidmore College, 67-61, in Tuesday's Liberty League contest in Saratoga Springs, NY.  The Saints improved to 7-5 in the league and 9-12 overall, while the Thoroughbreds dropped to 8-5 and 14-8 overall.

Condlin recorded 24 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Miller tallied 19 points and seven rebounds as he shot 4-for-7 from three-point range and was 7-of-8 from the line.

St. Lawrence led by as many as 17 points in the first half before taking a 35-24 lead into the locker room.  The visitors stretched their lead back up to 17 points at 16:20 in the second half before the Thoroughbreds went on a 21-6 run over the next 10:00 minutes to cut to within two points.

That was the closest they would come, however, as the Saints made 5-of-7 free throws down the stretch.  St. Lawrence shot 29 free throws in the game, making 25 of them for 86.2% shooting from the line.  The Saints also held a 33-24 advantage on the boards.  Skidmore was 16-21 from the free throw line.

St. Lawrence will host Union and RPI in Liberty League games this weekend with major league playoff positioning implications.
