Alex Hagen joins the Saints after scoring 43 points in 57 games for the Surrey (BC) Eagles in the British Columbia Hockey League last season. The 2009 MVP at Choate Rosemary Hall, Alex scored 20 goals and had 23 assists in junior hockey last year. The son of former Saint player Kevin Hagen and his wife Caroline, Alex also played golf at Choate and intends to major in economics at St. Lawrence.
