Leif returns to competition after taking his junior year off.

2010-11: Leif was sixth in the Liberty League indoors in the 400 meters and eighth outdoors and was a contributor on relays for the Saints as a sophomore.  He ran on the 8th place 4x400 NYSCTC indoor relay, the secon dplace 4x400 Liberty League indoor relay, and the  4th place 4x400outdoor Liberty League relay.

2009-10: Leif Frymire finished third in the Liberty League 400 meter dash outdoors and was sixth in the NYSCTC Indoor Championship at 400 meters. He also ran on the 100, 200 and 400 relay teams. Frymire was the Pollock Award Winner as the Indoor Rookie of the Year.

At Town of Webb: Leif was a member of the soccer, cross country and trtack teams. He was captain and a league all star in soccer and captain, a league all star and sectional all star in track and field.
