May 17: St. Lawrence University senior Jake Fredericks locked up a trip to the NCAA Division III Championships and improved his own St. Lawrence record with a third place finish in the 110 hurdles at the ECAC Championships in Springfield, MA on Friday.

May 11: St. Lawrence University's 4x100 and 4x400 relays each came away winners at the Oneonta May Meet Saturday evening and both just missed making it inside the top 16 times for NCAA qualification as of Saturday.

May 4: St. Lawrence University's men's outdoor track and field team had three individual champions and a relay win and jumped from fifth to third with a strong Saturday showing at the 2013 New York State Collegiate Track Conference Outdoor Championships at the Merrick-Pinkard Track and Field Complex.

May 3: St. Lawrence University's men's track and field team is fifth with seven events scored in the 2013 New York State Collegiate Track Conference Championships being held at SLU's Merrick-Pinkard Track and Field Complex through Saturday.

April 28: St. Lawrence University sophomore Chris Payton stood fifth at the midpoint of the NYSCTC decathlon at Ithaca on Sunday, but faded to 11th overall in the final standings. Josh Martell finished 18th in the event, the first of the NYSCTC Championship which will be completed at the Merrick Pinkard Track at SLU on Friday and Saturday.

April 26: Freshman Nick Crawford neared the top 25 in Division III nationally and senior Jake Fredericks also turned in a solid time in competition in the 400 meter hurdles at the Penn Relays on Friday.

April 20: St. Lawrence University's men's outdoor track and field team had an individual champion and won the 4x400 relay, but had to settle for a third place finish in the six-team Liberty League Championships at Vassar on Saturday.

April 13: St. Lawrence University's men's outdoor track and field team had four individual champions and a relay win  at the non-scoring Roberts Wesleyan Invitational in Rochester on Saturday in a solid showing prior to next weekend's Liberty League Championships.

Apr. 6: The St. Lawrence University men's track and field team opened the 2013 outdoor season in impressive fashion on Saturday, as the Saints won the Rochester Invitational at Fauver Stadium in Rochester, NY. Strong performances in the 5000m run and 400m hurdles highlighted the afternoon on the track, while Josh Martell earned a victory in the javelin throw.

Mar. 20: St. Lawrence University middle distance standout Spencer Patterson has been named Liberty League Indoor Track and Field Rookie of the Year after an outstanding freshman season in his first year of intercollegiate indoor track.
