Travel Assistance Program
Due to the University's insurance program for employees and trustees traveling on official university business, the University also receives the benefits of a travel assistance program which is available to employees and trustees as well as their spouses and dependents for both business and personal travel. This assistance program offers several types of services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for domestic and international trips involving travel 100 miles or more from their residence or workplace.

3. Medical Assistance Services and Emergency Medical Transportation Services

Please note that it is highly recommended that travelers wishing to use this program print both sides of the ID included in the brochure, fill in the Policy #01-ETB-112447 and carry it at all times during their travel.
