British Politics

The course provides an intensive introduction to the principal institutions, parties, and ideologies in British politics. It will also focus on current political issues and political processes, including the welfare state, economic policies, Europe, Northern Ireland, devolution in Wales and Scotland, while integrating an international and comparative outlook.
