The program is open to sophomores, juniors and firs-semester seniors who have completed at least ones semester of Italian.
A cumulative GPA of 2.8 is required by LdM. Students with a lower GPA will NOT be considered for this program.
Admission to the program is based on the quality of application. Candidates must present a rationale for wanting to participate in the program in Italy and a record of academic performance, social maturity, cultural sensitivity, and responsibility that demonstrates ability to meet the challenges of international study.
Students currently on disciplinary, social, or academic probation are not eligible to apply for, or participate in, this program or any other SLU program. In addition, students with outstanding disciplinary sanctions, service hours and/or education program requirements are not eligible to participate in the program.
