This venue is open to all students, faculty and staff.  It is NOT a requirement to be 21 years of age to be in the venue, only to consume alcohol in accordance with New York State regulations.  The space will be open for food and soda during the hours listed below.  Students may use their flex meal plan or CWA to pay for food and soda.  Beer and wine will need to be purchased with cash only.

Events: If students are interesting in having events at Pub 56 during the regular Pub 56 Hours of operation, they must be open to all of the campus community.  Shoshanna James '10 (sajame06@stlawu.edu) will be the Pub Programming Committee Chair.  She will be organizing weekly meetings to discuss events at Pub 56.  Please look for further information on the Pub Programming Committee.  When the Pub is not officially open, the Pub space will be available for use by any SLU student or students who wish to reserve the space for small social gatherings (non-alcoholic) and or study space.  For security reasons, the Pub 56 can not be left open as a lounge. Accordingly, our Student Activities Office (Timberly Hewitt- thewitt@stlawu.edu), will take reservations for the use of the space. Otherwise, Pub 56 will be locked when not reserved by an individual or group. Once reserved, there will be a series of guidelines that need to be followed.  This will be discussed when the reservations is made.
