St. Lawrence University’s Department of Performance and Communication Arts invites applications for tenure-track appointment, beginning August 2014. Preference will be given to candidates with experience directing college theatre productions, as well as to candidates with a proven record of successfully teaching a variety of undergraduate theatre/performance studies courses that bridge text and practice. The successful candidate will teach entry-level courses such as Beginning Acting and Introduction to Dramatic Scripts, as well as upper-level courses in their area of expertise. Ph.D. or MFA preferred, ABD candidates may be considered.
