Map of Tunneled and Direct Buried Steam Lines

Most folks familiar with the SLU campus in winter know that there are times when there is a grass strip on the quad (and other locations) when snow blankets the rest of campus. A central heating plant requires distribution lines to move steam to buildings across campus; direct buried lines shed heat and make the system less efficient. This map shows which lines have already been tunneled and which still need to be completed.
