The Science of Climate Change, Hot Chocolate and Trash Art

The week of climate: CHANGE events opens with a talk on ‘the Science of Climate Change' by Professor Jon Rosales in the Winston room of the Sullivan Student center at 12pm.

This will be followed by a free hot chocolate and cupcake social in front of the student center, where Thea Alvin, artist in residence for the event, will be building arches and structures on campus from recycled materials. Thea will be on campus all week highlighting the philosophy of "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" in her building work.

The event is being supported by a grant from the Mellon Foundation.
