New Help Desk in ODY
In order to provide better assistance to our students, faculty and staff, the IT Help Desk will be combined with the Research Help Desk in an L-shape, closer to the ODY Library's Circulation Desk. All three desks will continue to be supported by students and staff from each area.
The goal is to provide a more seamless experience for our patrons, whatever their needs. Referrals from one area to another will be streamlined and cross communication will be improved. This new configuration will be operational in time for the start of the Fall 2014 semester. We’re very excited about these process improvements and will be monitoring them closely throughout the academic year.
