Eric Williams-Bergen

As Science Librarian, Eric is responsible for all services and collections located at the Launders Science Library. He is also responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the Libraries’ websites as well as for digital projects supported by the library, including digital repositories.

This summer Eric will be transitioning from his role as the Science Librarian into a position focused on supporting emerging technologies such as e-books, data repositories, web and mobile resources, and digital collections - along with a focus on digital scholarship, open access, and open data.  Eric is also now a member of the University's Library and Information Technology leadership group.

He received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from St. Lawrence University, a Master’s in Library Science from Simmons College and is a 2007 Frye Leadership Institute fellow.
