U.S. Congressional Serial Set

Fulltext access to the Serial Set which began publication with the 15th Congress, 1st Session (1817). This collection also includes documents published 1789-1817, known as the American State Papers. The United States Congressional Serial Set contains the House and Senate Documents and the House and Senate Reports.
