Dining Services Production Manager Doug Mattice was pictured in a recent article in Food Service Director magazine, in its July 15,2010, issue.

Mattice participated in the Chef Culinary Conference at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in June, with over 100 other chefs. The conference theme was "home cooking from around the world." The culinary team that included Mattice as a member won a silver medal at the end of the conference, for the meal they prepared during the culinary competition.
