English Prof. Cooks with NCPR
North Country Public Radio hosted Paul Graham '99, associate professor of English, in its NCPR kitchen to make gluten-free crepe-like blinis, a gluten-free recipe.
Graham is the author of In Memory of Bread, a book he wrote after being diagnose with celiac disease in 2012.
