Middle States Review and Assessment Information
Kim Mooney, associate professor
of psychology and director of the Center for Teaching and Learning,
is Special Assistant to the President for Assessment through academic year
2008-09.
Professor Mooney also is chair of the Middle States accreditation review Steering Committee,
with whose sub-committee on assessment she has been working since its
inception. In this additional role she will oversee the creation of
the institutional assessment plan that must accompany our next Middle
States accreditation self-study and the production and drafting of the
accreditation self-study itself, which must be completed in the fall
of 2007 for a spring 2008 visit by the accreditation team. Assisting
her in this work as Assessment Sub-Committee co-chairs will be Carol
Bate, Director of Career Services and Leadership Education, and Christine
Zimmerman, Director of Institutional Research.
