Grade Changes: Standard and Incomplete "E" Grades

Directions below are for faculty only.

Standard Grade Changes

  • Download and sign a grade change form.  Make sure that all requested information is legibly completed including student name & ID; course prefix, number and section.  Forms with incomplete information may be returned to you for completion.  
  • Acquire the signatures of the:
    • department chairperson and 
    • Dean of Academic Affairs
  • Deliver to the registrar's office.

Incomplete "E" Grade Changes

  • Download and sign a grade change form.  Make sure that all requested information is legibly completed including student name & ID; course prefix, number and section.  Forms with incomplete information may be returned for completion.  
  • Deliver completed form to the registrar's office.  
  • Please note:
    • "E" grades roll to a 0.00 grade after six weeks.  
    • Changes done after the deadline must be submitted on a grade change form with all required signatures.

Note: All grade changes must be hand delivered by a St. Lawrence employee (including campus mail) to the Dean of Academic Affairs.   Forms delivered by a student will not be accepted.
