Union Contracts

Salaries are established by the bargaining unit agreements [ “contracts” ] for employees represented by CSEA, PCPSOA, or SEIU. Exempt staff, executive secretaries, non-union technical staff, confidential support staff, and faculty salaries are established each year by the President in consultation with Faculty Council, Senior Staff and other appropriate bodies.

NOTE: The Bargaining Unit Agreements for 2007-2010 have been negotiated for CSEA, SEIU and PCPSOA.  The contracts on this website are the 2004-2007 versions:  as soon as the new versions are proofed [now in draft] they will be printed and also put on this website.
