2007: Chris served as a back-up defensive end behind seniors Robert Bracho and Josh Hodges in his rookie year. The Portsmouth, RI native finished his first season with two tackles and will be in the mix for a starting role for the 2008 campaign.

At Portsmouth High School
Palmer was a tri-sport athlete, competing in Football, Hockey and Lacrosse. He captained both the football and lacrosse squads in his junior and senior seasons, and was a First Team All-Division, Second Team All-State and a three-time All-County football player. The Portsmouth, RI native was named the Defensive MVP in his final two seasons. Palmer was nominated for the Providence Journal's Scholar Athlete Award as well. |
