All questions regarding participation in this years Holiday Relay meet should be directed to Mike Howard - Meet Director (315.229.5883)

A final time schedule for this meet will be based on the number of entries received and will be posted on this site by the end of the day, Thursday, December 11th. The meet will start at 12:00 noon to allow for teams traveling the day of the meet.

All events are open to collegiate or open (college age or older) competitors.

Entries are to be sent by email in either the excel (entry form version) or by Hy-tek Team Manager export (using the Hy-tek event file linked here) to John Newman by Wednesday, December 10th at 5:00 p.m.:

All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2008.

Entry Fee:

  • $50.00 per team ($100.00 for Men and Women combined)
  • $5.00 per individual

Awards: Commemorative awards will be given to individual and relay champions!
