Join us for a celebration of pi-day with the return of πathlon! The department of mathematics, computer science, and statistics invites you to compete in this 12th not quite annual event!
If you choose, you and a team of up to three other members will compete for prizes and prestige!
The idea? Complete as close to Pi events as possible! How? We'll explain, but essentially you finish three full events and then aim for 14.159....% of a fouth!
Come for the pie, stay for the pi!
We realize that Pi Day is March 14, but we will be observing Pi Day on April 3, which is roughly e+φ.
