Please join Native American Affairs and Seven Dancers Coalition (Akwesasne) for a presentation to raise awareness for Missing & Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP).

As noted on their website, the mission of Seven Dancers Coalition (Akwesasne) is, "To Uplift the families of Indigenous communities by educating and restoring traditional values with the purpose of strengthening self-confidence and dignity. We strive for an environment of peace and tranquility to heal all spirits".

The presentation will be a mix of background information, a short video clip, and discussion.

St. Lawrence University’s Native American Affairs and the Richard F. Brush Art Gallery present One Earring, an exhibition designed to raise awareness about Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP). Representing those who were stolen or never returned home, the One Earring project was inspired by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services exhibition of the same title in 2022.
