Intramural and Club Sports
Intramural and club sports are great options for students who want to stay active and connected with the Laurentian community. Athletes and outdoor enthusiasts of all experience levels are welcome!
Intramural vs Club Sports: What’s The Difference?
Intramural Sports
In our intramural sport offerings, students compete against other St. Lawrence intramural teams. The teams are organized by league and refereed by St. Lawrence faculty and staff.
Club Sports
Club sport teams are considered student-run organizations under the office of Student Activities. Each team has varied levels of athletic experience and the club sets their ground rules on practices, tryouts, walk-ons, or membership. Students involved in club sports often compete against other local and regional colleges.
