On Friday, November 1, 2019, Visiting Assistant Professor Rachael Jones and Associate Professor Amy Hauber led a contemporary art field trip to Montréal, Quebec, Canada, with six students from the Art & Art History department of St Lawrence University. They visited the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal and saw works by Janet Werner, Francis Alys, and William Kentridge among others.
On the way into the city they stopped for Lebanese food for lunch. After their time at the museum they enjoyed the city with some thrift shopping at Eva B Vintage and had another meal at an Indian restaurant before heading home. The trip was supported by a generous gift from Connie Saddlemire '70.
