CCE Launches Saints Accelerate Career Exploration and Development Program
The interactive on-campus program for sophomores and juniors will offer fun and engaging hands-on sessions with Laurentian alumni and parents.
The St. Lawrence University Center for Career Excellence is excited to announce the launch of Saints Accelerate, a career development and preparation event to be held on campus from January 14-16, 2023.
Saints Accelerate programming is designed to help students:
- Discover and understand various career paths and possibilities
- Articulate their story, career interests and the value of the St. Lawrence experience
- Strengthen networking abilities and confidence
Students who attend will have opportunities to speak with and learn from Laurentians working in a variety of fields.
Events/discussion topics include:
- Welcome dinner with volunteers
- Young alumni panel
- Focused small-group mentoring conversations
- Hands-on career path cases
- Escape Room networking competition
- Crafting your story: Creating a career path narrative
- Finding and funding internship opportunities
- Interviewing in the post-COVID world
The registration deadline is Friday, December 9 at 4 p.m., but may close earlier depending on available space. Save your spot and register today!
