Jeffrey Frank, assistant professor of education and coordinator for undergraduate programs, has been awarded the John William Miller Fellowship for the academic years 2018-2020.
The fellowship includes a $45,000 grant and its purpose is to support academics writing books on Miller, an American philosopher and noted 20th-century educator who aimed to integrate philosophical thought and historical thought. The John William Miller Fellowship Fund supports book-length projects that examine Miller’s thought or engage with his actualism in ways that are philosophically creative.
