Professor of English Caroline Breashears recently published an article about the novel A Gentleman in Moscow for the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE).
Breashears was inspired to write the piece thanks to students in her Favorite Books course during the Spring 2020 semester. The class chose the novel, written by Amor Towles, as its final read for the year.
Breashears specializes in eighteenth-century British literature. Her current research focuses on Adam Smith and literature, and she teaches courses on fairy tales, eighteenth-century British Literature, and Jane Austen.
