Moving Up Day was held Saturday, April 30, 2022. The following awards were given out, congratulations!
The Dr. O. Kenneth Bates Award is given annually to an outstanding senior (or seniors) major in mathematics, computer science, or statistics who has excelled in scholarship and service to the Department. The recipient must have completed an honors project and have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. The department faculty members select the recipient subject to these conditions.
The Pi Mu Epsilon Award is given annually to a student (or students) who have excelled in mathematics courses through the sophomore year.
