The popularity of a community-supported bakery (CSB) cooked up by Roman Bergner '21 is on the rise, and North Country Public Radio (NCPR) shared his story.
Roman, an anthropology major, is spending the year living on St. Lawrence's Sustainability Farm and serving as a program mentor for the University's Sustainability Program, which he took part in last year.
NCPR's Todd Moe interviewed Roman for their periodic series, "Bread Time Stories," where Moe joins Roman as he mixes, preps, and bakes his next order.
