SLU Connect Program Returns to Burlington
In October 2022, Laurentians in the Burlington, Vermont, area helped students acquire professional connections and competencies, obtain information on career and industry options, and explore different geographical work environments.
Alumni, parents, and friends, acting as SLU Connect volunteers, shared their industry knowledge, professional experience, and personal insights with students during the four-day program which includes site visits, panel discussions, and one-on-one mentoring opportunities.
The SLU Connect program began in 2015 with a program in Washington, D.C., and, in addition to Burlington, has since expanded to include Albany, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana; the San Francisco Bay area; and most recently, New York City.
