Sample Nomination:
Romoda's steadfast commitment to St. Lawrence, as demonstrated through consistent reunion attendance, and active participation as a LINC mentor, makes them an exemplary candidate for the Alumni Executive Council. Their extensive leadership experience, both at SLU and in their career, equips them with the skills to contribute effectively to the council.
Romoda has attended on-campus events like Reunion and speaks highly of SLU and the liberal arts education they received. When I saw Romoda at an event in our area, Romoda mentioned their work on the library board, and how much they have enjoyed serving as an Admissions letter writer, all qualities that would make them an excellent ambassador for SLU in their area.
As an active alumni events attendee, and with a career in data science, Romoda brings a unique perspective to the council, as well. Their significant achievements, strong relationship with SLU, and commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth further underscore their aptness for the role.
Romoda's exceptional qualities as an active, and community-minded individual, and contributions to the SLU community would make them an invaluable asset to the Alumni Executive Council.
