How to Certify Census Verification Rosters

  •  Log into APR2
  • Click the "Faculty" tab:

  • Review the sections that you are assigned to teach.
  • Place and left click your mouse over the section you wish to certify:

  • You will now see your official class roster, click the "Census" tab:

  • Identify students that have stopped or never attended a class:
    • If a student on your roster never attended a class, then click the check box under the "Never Attended" column. Note the "Last Date of Attendance" box will be greyed out.
    • If a student stopped attending your class, then enter a "Last Date of Attendance."
  • Click the blue "Certify" button:

  • Once you click the blue "Certify" button, the following message appears:

  • Please click the "Submit" button.
  • You have successfully completed roster certification for this section. Click the "Back to Courses" link in the upper left of your screen. This link will take you back to the faculty homepage where you can select another roster to certify using the previous steps.
