Alumni Biography: 

I am the Co-Founder & Chief Copywriter at HiSpire, a copywriting and development agency I started with my husband. I help non-profits and social enterprises craft their message and marketing so they can connect with their ideal audience, empower people to take action, and increase their impact. During my first year I had the opportunity to travel to Taiwan to teach English. Junior year I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain where I met the man who would become my husband and business partner. Studying languages at SLU sparked my interest in travel, which opened my eyes to issues affecting our local and global communities. My experiences abroad helped shape my identity as a global citizen and led me to focus my work on helping organizations fighting to protect people and the planet.
