Aaron Todd
Aaron Todd '00, M'06 joined the Center for Career Excellence in June 2021 after returning to St. Lawrence in 2016 as the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Marketing. In his current role, he recruits volunteers from across the country to engage with students in career preparation and networking opportunities both on- and off-campus. He plans and executes SLU Connect programs and markets programming and resources to students.
Prior to his return to St. Lawrence, Todd served as the managing editor at Information Technology Systems/Casino City/GPWA in Newton, Massachusetts, and held roles in athletics communications and marketing at Bates College, Merrimack College and Brown University.
An award-winning storyteller, Aaron's feature story "As One" was selected for recognition by the NCAA and D3SIDA in the spring of 2020, and a video he produced helped Thomas Caulfield '17 earn the 2017 NCAA Division III Sportsmanship Award. Additionally, he won The Howl Grand Slam story telling competition, sponsored by NCPR and the Adirondack Center for Writing, in 2019, and returned to the Grand Slam stage as a finalist in 2023.
Aaron, who worked in the Career Services office as a student intern from 1998-2000, lives in Canton with his wife, Wendy, and their three children, Charlie, Brendan and Lily.
