Caitlin Hatz

Caitlin Hatz joined the St. Lawrence community in March 2022 having previously served as the Dean of International Education at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Her portfolio includes directing study abroad programs, supporting international students, developing global programming, and fostering partnership relationships. She has spent the last ten years working in the field of international education primarily at small liberal arts colleges recruiting, advising, and developing campus internationalization efforts. She has traveled to nearly 40 countries and has spent time studying and/or teaching in the Netherlands, Norway, and Italy.  She holds a M.A. in International Communication from American University and an M.B.A. from Lebanon Valley College. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, playing basketball, and studying Italian.
