Repicky has produced three Liberty League Novice 8+ Crew of the Year ('09, '12, '16) in his tenure as head coach. The 2015-16 Novice 8 crew won the Liberty League Championships race and finished third at the New York State Championships.
In 2017, the men's novice four boat took home a posted the fastest time overall during the New York State Championships.
Undefeated through much of the spring season, the 2011-12 novice won the Liberty League Championship and was runner-up in the NYS Championships. In 2009-10, Repicky guided the Varsity 8+ to its fastest year in program history as the crew qualified for the grand finals in the NYS Championships.
The year before, the novice 8+ made history as it was the first boat in Saints history to advance to the Grand Final at the ECAC Championships. Throughout the course of the spring season, that crew was undefeated, claiming both the Liberty League and New York State titles after the unblemished spring campaign.
