    New Cybersecurity Major at St. Lawrence University Prepares Students for a Complex Digital World

    St. Lawrence University has announced the launch of a new Bachelor of Science degree in cybersecurity, a technically rigorous and interdisciplinary program developed to meet the fast-growing demand for cybersecurity professionals who are well-rounded problem-solvers ready to tackle complex cyber threats with both deep technical expertise and ethical reasoning.

    Alumni Light Up Campus at Reunion Weekend 2025

    More than 800 alumni returned to campus last week to participate in St. Lawrence’s 2025 Reunion Weekend, which welcomed Laurentians celebrating their first, fifth, 30th, 50th, and Honor Guard classes milestones.

    St. Lawrence Board of Trustees Elects Five New Members

    The St. Lawrence University Board of Trustees is pleased to welcome three new members for six-year terms: Taylor Castator ’15, Grant H. Cornwell ’79, and Christopher P. Yoshida ’00. The board is also delighted to welcome young alumni Oscar Acevedo ’19 and Sarah Evarts ’17 as McCurdy-Sprague trustees, with a term of four years. Our new members begin their service on June 1.

    Five Alumni to Receive 2025 Awards from Alumni Executive Council

    St. Lawrence University’s Alumni Executive Council has announced that John M. Greenwood '75, P'13, Katherine Kretow Eyre '78, and Jack '11 and Emily Tulip Droppa '09 will receive Alumni Citations for their dedication and service to the Laurentian Community, while Mary Jane Potter '75 will receive the Sol Feinstone Award for Humanitarian Service.
